Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Técnico/Profesional, preferentemente con formación en Técnico en Bibliotecología y Documentación, Administración, Tecnologías de la Información y Sistemas de Información.

Conocimientos en Plataforma Oracle (Excluyente)
Conocimientos en paquete Microsoft Office 365 (Excluyente)
Familiaridad con herramientas y software de gestión documental es importante. Esto puede incluir sistemas de gestión de documentos, software de colaboración en línea.
La persona debe tener habilidades sólidas de organización para gestionar una gran cantidad de documentos, garantizar su clasificación adecuada y facilitar el acceso cuando sea necesario.
La capacidad de gestionar el tiempo de manera eficiente es clave, ya que el control documental implica cumplir con plazos, seguimientos y actualizaciones periódicas.
Familiaridad con las normativas y estándares relacionados con la industria y el proyecto es esencial. Esto puede incluir normas ISO, regulaciones gubernamentales y cualquier requisito específico del cliente.
