Southern Cluster Medical Devices Supply Chain Leader to be located in
Chile.



Purpose:


The SC Medical Devices Supply Chain Leader is a critical leadership position accountable for leading the Medical Devices End to End Supply Chain Strategy, representing supply chain in the SC Medical Devices Business Leadership team and orchestrating across the various functions, including deliver, quality, regulatory affairs, Business Technology, Finance and HR, to deliver on Medical Devices supply chain results.

Key focus for the role is to shape and drive SC Medical Devices end to end Supply Chain capabilities to enable innovation and growth opportunity in the Southern Cluster market.


This position reports directly into the Medical Devices Supply Chain Head for the LATAM region and is a member of the Medical Devices Supply Chain LATAM Leadership Team.

The role is a member of SC Cluster Leadership team representing End to End Supply Chain.


You will be responsible for:


  • Develops and executes a fully integrated Supply Chain Strategy supporting SC business growth through partnership with Commercial and Finance in alignment to the regional and global Supply Chain strategies
  • End to End orchestration across all functions including Plan, Make, Deliver, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, being accountable for the successful enablement of the growth opportunities and the accelerated building of local capabilities.
  • Build new local capability, shape the overall portfolio and manage ecosystem complexity in broad End to End supply chain scope
  • Influence SC Commercial Strategy, and ensure the strategy is translated into the appropriate supply chain response
  • Lead largescale cross functional initiatives to drive business strategies aimed at strengthening customer trust by reducing/managing complexity, improving Perfect Order, optimizing inventory levels and delivering cost & quality improvements.
  • Owns the local IBP Process
  • Leads Demand and Inventory Planning
  • Is accountable for OTIF, Inventory, E&O and MAPE for the country.
  • Build and develop a bestinclass end to end supply chain team, including a strong pipeline for future leaders through internal & external talent pipeline building and driving broad talent development roadmap for end to end Supply Chain talent across all functions.
  • Evolve the organization culture to catalyze end to end mindset, innovation and diversity & inclusion.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a complex Supply Chain environment and a proven leadership track record in managing end to end supply chain and with indepth experience in at least 2 of the following functional areas: manufacturing, planning or distribution
  • Experience in Healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is desirable.
  • Flexibility to live in Chile or Argentina
  • Proven success in:

  • Developing functional strategic plans in alignment with the corporate strategic goals
  • Delivering 'best in class' business results through innovative customer focused solutions

  • Understanding the linkages in supply chain from demand planning through delivery to customer
  • Building interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority
  • Leading and developing high performing cross functional teams and successfully manage in a matrix organization
  • Attracting and developing superior talent. Leading people through organizational uncertainty or key change initiative such as merger
