Your Role and Responsibilities

Development of Java routines, to extend the OpenPages APIs

Data structure (algorithms, computational complexity)

Testing

Be willing to work in a complex environment

Interpret customer written requirements and create a detailed technical specification to design OpenPages solutions.

Configure OpenPages modules based on customer requirements. Analyze and investigate problems that have been reported by customers and document the results of the investigation(s).

Perform maintenance and administration of OpenPages to correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process.

Run unit tests on OpenPages solutions, implement test plans, test harnesses and document test results. Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems within OpenPages that have been detected during testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3-5 years of IBM OpenPages experience or GRC equivalent experience.

Experience with creation of new and modification of existing workflows

Experience with business entity updates


Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate and manage possible resolution.

Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals, strong commitment to high quality standards.

Knowledge of GRC management in different areas, for example:

  • Operational risk
  • Internal audit
  • Vendor risk
  • Compliance
  • IT Governance
  • Business Continuity, among others
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience on full lifecycle of IBM OpenPages version installation, upgrades and migration, deployment cyclers, devops

Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (Cognos) is desirable.

Experience implementing reporting within OpenPages based on business requirements or GRC equivalent experience.

Experience in using development languages (Java and derivatives) is desirable.

Experience in technical/functional leadership of client work teams

Written, oral English (intermediate level)

Industrial / Computer engineering and related careers

Strong experience with Workflows, Configurations, Views, Security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, Object Models, integrations etc.
