Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities:
- Primary Purpose: Lead the implementation of activities to improve the efficiency of the assigned business center process.;
- Manage through focused improvement and the workplace organization the various production processes in the assignated area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational analysis of the area (daily performance), especially in relation to ticket compliance and analysis of lost times.;
- Plan and implement projects to reduce operating costs;
- Plan and implement projects to improve productivity;
- Participate in the development and implementation of activities that aim at: safety, quality, ergonomics and environment.;
- Support the planning and implementation of future projects especially in relation to: Definition of layout, technicaleconomic justification, definition of operations.
Education:
Required:
Civil Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering Desired:
Master Degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience:
- Required:
- Integral analysis of operations
- Statistical analysis of processes
- Optimization and systematization of processes
- Tools of continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sixma)
- Operational Cost Analysis
- Development of projects with reduction in cost reduction
