We are searching the best talent for the " Johnson & Johnson Specialty Sales Representative
" to be in Santiago, Chile.

Purpose:


The Specialty Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts to achieve sales targets and further market penetration, in focused specialties.


You will be responsible for:


  • Achieves established sales goals including market share objectives in prescribed territory.
  • Conducts and implements field marketing activities.
  • Demonstrates proper use of Ethicon products to physicians during procedures performance in operation room.
  • Gains clinical expertise to become an expert in his/her product portfolio.
  • Detects customer educational needs and coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of health care professionals. Acts as the direct line to customers.
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Executes promotional activities that are designed to achieve sales in specific product portfolio.
  • Follows up with customers (clinical and nonclinical expertise) to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction, gives technical and professional support.
  • Generates sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.
  • Provides management with customer feedback and market information. Identifies potential impacts to business.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: More than 3 years of commercial experience.
  • English level: Intermediate.
  • Availability to work in
    operating room supporting clinical procedures performance and guidance related to Ethicon product use.
  • Availability to work in the field
  • Good communication skills
  • Own vehicle and driver's license
