    Landscape Architect/Designer

    This Landscape Architect opportunity is a special one. This position is in tropical Key West where you will be a part of an award-winning firm. With much more to share; this is a true experience of a lifetime for a Landscape Design Architect.

    This high-end residential Landscape Architectural firm is unique, creative who puts collaborating intimately with clients as its top priority and through that build lasting relationships on the island.

    The Owner of this firm believes that your home, your garden and the artistry of design influence us in a profound way. This team is passionate about bringing this philosophy to each and every project. They are known on the island as being professional and innovative; together, they conceptualize and design all of the details of your tropical retreat.

    There is certainly an understanding and knowledge of landscape and of the residents that they have acquired over the last 18+ years. Mastering these two elements is what makes this firm so successful. If you are passionate about art, nature, promoting integrity through materials and relationships with clients then this might be the place for you to learn and grow.

    Qualifications

    • Solid communication skills with both contractors and clients
    • Know and clearly understand the proposal and scope of each project
    • Provide design solutions in a creative and timely manner
    • Interprets landscape plans, specifications, as well as local codes and regulations related to the work.
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong knowledge of tropical plants

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture
    • 5-7 years experience
    • AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop
    • High-end residential experience; hardscape, pools, lights, design | build experience
