Demand Process Administrator

JD for this Demand

Skills requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology OR has prior experience in technology demand

prioritisation management, business analyst, technical analyst or service desk analyst roles (customer
facing)

Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills, as you will work with closely with a

variety of stakeholders

Exposure or familiarity with the following will be ideal:
Cloud Computing concepts and providers (AWS, Azure)
Jira
ServiceNow
Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices

Job objective:

Comfortable being proactive, being able to identify and understand different stakeholders and

their needs, and determined to deliver

Able to manage the day to day activities relating to Cloud Services' demands
Provide guidance on Cloud Services' offerings, processes and be the bridge between Cloud

Services' customers and the technical team
