Description

• Soporte de Cobranzas.
• Con foco en L455 que está impactando nuestro KPI todo este año.

• Backup cobranzas L85

• Proceso Grouping (importante para L455).
• Soporte proceso pago proveedores.
• Envio de facturas a GFC.
• Proceso PHC.
• Creación Vendors Zemp / soporte creación vendors normales.

• Soporte contabilidad.

• Creación de evouchers.
• Control rendiciones de gastos.
• Soporte proceso Bank Recon (que es un punto observado por Finanzas Corporativo y necesito ayuda para mejorar este KPI).
• Soporte control de costos.

Qualifications


Qualification
Education

• Bachelor's degree / industrial engineering or similar
• Diploma or specialization in logistics

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading logistics operations in distribution centers
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Experience in the implementation of cost level improvements.

Requirements:

Abilities

• Knowledge of financial management and management of KPIs
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate/Advanced power point
• Intermediate knowledge of presentation software in English
• Technical writing skills
• Advanced knowledge of Office
