Your Responsibilities_**:


Are you looking for an opportunity to create specific Omnichannel customer engagement strategies to enhance customer experiences and support brand objectives.? If so, this is the role for you.

YOU will need the ability to lead the team of Omnichannel transformation across the organization.

You will support the design of Omnichannel campaigns, drive the deployment of new channels or platforms, development of innovative content, and monitor campaign effectiveness to provide best-in-class customer experiences through Omnichannel excellence.


This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Understands and implements organization's Omnichannel vision, strategy, and roadmap, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure seamless & integrated customer experience.
  • Leads the strategic design, and delivery of Omnichannel customer experiences, working closely with the Brand, Marketing, Sales & Medical teams.
  • Works closely with Business Unit Directors/Country Leadership team to align on Omnichannel strategy and roadmap with overall business objectives, and monitor progress against defined targets.
  • Partners with relevant local and regional teams to evaluate and implement the digital solutions that enables seamless customer engagement.
  • Shares recommendations on customer experience KPI tracking, and reporting based on the local context aligned with defined business objectives; supports in optimizing Omnichannel performance and maximizing the outcomes.
  • Defines and codevelops integrated campaign strategies and channel strategies with the brand teams, to support brand objectives.
  • Acts as a bridge between Business and Tech, translating the business requirements into technology builds and oversees the development of suitable Tech solutions to help meet business needs.
  • Provides strategic guidance and supports the implementation of the Omnichannel plans, ensuring strict compliance with local guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or any other related discipline.
  • 8 years of experience in Marketing and Commercial and special focus on Omnichannel marketing.
  • Channel Strategy & Management experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills and history of delivering results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
  • Language: strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and oral). Portuguese language is a plus.
  • Experience successfully working in a matrix organizational and cross functional team.
  • Proactive attitude, ambition, and the confidence necessary to achieve exceptional goals is necessary for success in this position.
