Responsibilities:


Planning
Lead category diagnosis to achieve business goals (vol, NR MCV & share) in the short & long term

Develop, align & execute plans according to region opps & priorities and local market needs (PSP / AOP/ ST quick wins)

Active participation in planning process:
ACP/S&OP & monthly Fcst

Set local brands priorities agenda across functional areas (CDU)

Brief research needs to nurture perfomance understanding

Track all initiatives results


Portfolio
Align and assure brand roles in savory portfolio

Detect portfolio opportunities (white spaces)

Support portfolio optimization process balancing efficiency with brand needs & opps

Support productivity projects balancing brand quality strategy & financial objectives


Marketing Calendar & IMC / Equity
Align & adjust calendars

Manage A&M & activate mkt & media plans

Adapt IMC into local activation plans & toolkits

Coordinate local media agencies

Translate Big Brand Idea into local plans

Support Latam on Brand Equity Strategy

Define research needs to nurture equity


Innovation
Develop together with CASA Innovation funnel

Active participation on Cheetah Local meetings

Guaranty local Innovation calendar execution

Follow Up Innovation perfomance

Define research needs to nurture innovation

Guaranty innovation profitability


Promotions
Develop promotional actions for the brands according to business needs and brands positionings

Brief agencies - Select ideas Guaranty factibility


Pricing
Guaranty brands pricing strategy execution (global) development (regional & local)

Support Revenue Mgmt. process


Pack price opportunities detection and support RM in the business case development => if new (innovation) if redefine portfolio (resp.

RM Mktg follow up)


Commercial
Assure Mktg Plans alignment with commercial plans by channel

Support Shopper/Trade Marketing Plans

Lead Media negoctions and media agency selection and relationship


People
Lead Team with clear R&R and Career Plans

Coach and guaranty plans to develop competences and improve opportunities of team

Assure HR process quality (development plan, MYR YER, replacement matrix)

Persuade executive committee and regional leaders to assure strategy & plans alignment & approval


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business or correlate
  • Marketing solid background: relevant experience in any combination of marketing, brand, innovation and/or shopper (9 years minimum)
  • Business Knowledge: analytical and proficient on P&L, research, new product development, communication, trade and sales dynamics.
  • Capability to work with crossfunctional teams
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Develop talent and leading skills
