Assist the commercial area as required. Ensure effective and timely handling of communications with clients and with DSV offices or any of its agents.

Maintain coordination of freight shipments until confirmation of arrival,maintaining updated information in the corresponding system at all times, as well as maintaining control of the files, as well as of the offers accepted for coordination, including their costs and income in the Operating System (today CW1), making sure to open the files within established standards and under strict time discipline.
