Functions
From the Marketplace Orders & Orchestration product team, we are looking for a Product Analyst that can help us lead and manage the needs, vision and development of the products, from the idea design and all the communication needed with the stakeholders from the business and technical end to establish a well rounded technically achievable functional feature and ensure that the rollout of this projects and its requirements are met as expected.
Main responsibilities:
Support Product Owner to translate customer needs into understandable users stories and functional diagrams
Assist the Product Owner in organizing and driving complex/big projects related to the improvements in the product
Help to define improvements in existing product features and journeys using data
Relate with other product analysts within the team/eco system to stay abreast of initiatives and new ways of approaching problems and sharing learnings
Analyze technical approaches for features and solutions
Automate dashboards and standardize tracking metrics crucial to the success of the product being handled
Consistently communicate with all stakeholders crucial data points to highlight the progress of the product
Create precise and clear tickets for features/stories relating to the product and performing QA/validations
Pre analyze issues brought up by other stakeholders and follow up escalation with the tech team
Track sprint progress and escalate issues
Remove functional gaps/border scenarios (Cross team)
Perform UAT & QA testing for defined Acceptance Criteria
Support Team knowledge transfer and management
