  • About the Role
  • Support, leads and recommend the design and maintenance of the Total Reward structure, including remunerations, benefits, recognition and wellbeing programs.
  • Role requires high adaptability, creativity and influence to be able to implement constant improvement initiatives.
  • With an expert level management in reward matters, is able to develop a deep technical analysis and then translate it in order to influence improvements to different stakeholders of the organization.
  • Leads endtoend projects, on remuneration, benefits, health insurance and other services, including leadership in bidding processes.
  • Proactively seek an understanding of, and provide insights to the business on, the relevant external salary market landscape, forecasts and movements and interpret the information for internal stakeholders.


  • About You

  • Deep experience in reward practices and methodologies: job evaluations, job matching, external surveys, total Reward structures design, benefit offer improvement and organizational structures design among others.
  • Logical thinking with a high capacity to translate it into a visual concept, accompanied by a level of influence that allows to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep technical expertise in remuneration and benefit programs, including ability to think conceptually, analyze, problem solve and drive practical solutions
  • Able to translate data analytics into commercial insights and strategic business priorities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, having sufficient flexibility and ability to prioritize
  • Experience leading an end to end project with high exposure and stakeholder management
  • Degree or equivalent education or total reward experience required
  • Experience with the management and understanding of incentive plans, bonus pooling and relevant reward and remuneration processes
  • Extensive technical experience in reward practices and methodologies
  • Extensive technical experience in remuneration and benefit programs as well as strong people management (directly or indirectly) in a global company.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices and compensation/ remuneration cycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
