Job Description:

Responsibilities

Stay close to the ICG Engineering Architecture Principles (EAP) leads and community, to stay informed, as well as to contribute to/challenge the latest strategies for business architecture, technologies, developers, and common platform engineering
Define targets and action items around each of the areas of Engineering Excellence (EE) for each of the product lines, to be discussed in our monthly EE forum
Drive change and adoption across all product areas in the areas of EAP
Actively participating in weekly TTS Architecture Review Boards, reviewing permits to design, build, and deploy
Participating in the TTS Tech Productivity forum
Maintain the learning culture within the organization by creating surveys, gathering feedback, and moving ideas gathered from these surveys forward
Advise or mentor junior team members

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing in Java, C#, or Python
1+ years of experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience building and deploying apps in docker containers
Experience working with Kafka, MQ
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Additional Job Description

Desired Skills

Experience developing automated test frameworks is a big plus
Experience with Openshift, Jenkins, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, BlackDuck, and SonarQube is a plus
