The primary role is to lead all Demand Planning activities for Andean Cluster (Chile, Perú, Ecuador and Bolivia).

Statistical modeling and scenario analyisis integrating market intelligence factors affecting forecast; following standard processes and tools availables to assure accurate demand signals to Supply Planning function; identify and improve forecast variances, ensuring to reach targeted forecast metrics.

In charge of S&OP local process and in charge of the NPL operative processes and coordination with Demand COE team


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


Demand Planning- Develop Statistical forecast using standard process according to the market needs and guidance from Hub- Develop Consensus forecast by obtaining market intelligence through Brand forecast review (BFR) meeting cadence in markets- Develop and analyze constrained and unconstrained demand forecasts- Ensure alignment in $ and units through S&OP process- Customize BFR/Market S&OP materials to market requirements- Drive Market S&OP meeting, providing insight and clarifications to stakeholders- Drive ad-hoc forecast publishing process.- Drive FERCA analysis and submission- Shared accountability with AMP Hub team to perform ongoing /one-time analyses related to demand changes and projects related to demand planning.

Supply Assurance- Work with Hub supply planners to clearly understand supply outlook of Market products- Shared accountability with Supply planners to identify demand-related supply and risks and support mitigation and resolution plans related to market commercial actions- Shared accountability with Supply planners to identify and manage demand-related obsolescence risks and support mitigation and resolution plans related to market commercial actions.- Execute activities related with inventory reporting aligned with established Regional processes.

PCM- Coordinate and execute assigned market activities related to Product lifecycle management (new launches, line extensions)


New Product Launches- Create the brief between the market and the source in order to know the market need to launch the product.


Work with Launch Excellence Lead and Market team on timelines and improvements opportunities- Create the SCA with the HUB team to establish the key metrics for every replenishment- Evaluate the release process to commercialize the product-AMTE: Business case with the market to have the investment for the transfer process.

Constant follow up with the QA team to finish the process according to the timeline Establish the financial route to have the correct prices in the system for the invoce-ALIM: Ensure the artwork is ready within the supply timeline-HUB: contant follow up with the HUB team to follow the manufacturing and packaging timeline


Financial alignment:

  • Contant follow up with the market and the financial team to have an accurate version of the ZDI process
  • Meet WOFF target
  • Work on mitigation plans to improve the slow moving impact in the market by having monthly meetings
  • GSC and financial alignment: support the construction of the OP and LE considering the BFR meetings, providing supply impacts and potential solutions
  • Collaborate with financial team to achive the market revenue target
  • Meet Demand planning team objectives


Improvement initiatives- Support Hub Enabling team by executing market activities related to market/regional/global improvement initiatives- IMEX implementation: Lead and participate in Tier Meetings.

International logistics.- Follow up of the in transit shipments- Support market custom broker inplant in topics related to lack of documents and plant cooordinations

  • Key capabilities_
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex situations involving many moving parts
  • Expertise in use and leveraging of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Access, MS Powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical skills are required ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis
  • Makes good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience and judgment
  • Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel
  • Strong team work orientation required and proven ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies
  • Oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information required at different levels and for different stakeholders
