Introduction

The Technology Engineer is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of the solution in support of Proofs of Experience (PoX).

They work closely with the Solution Architect(s) to determine the feasibility of the solution and partner with the Client and other Technology Engineers to implement a comprehensive solution.

Technology Engineers are asked to specialize in a brand or set of capabilities to provide deep technical skills in their area of expertise.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Using contemporary technologies and approaches to design, develop, test and deliver Cloudbased solutions.
  • Understanding the nuances of different cloud solutions (hybrid, public, private, multicloud, onprem) and implications for solution design.
  • Understanding the relationship among various technologies and architectures and how they contribute to an overall solution.
  • Exhibiting a deep understanding of complex large, scale multiregion solutions that are utilizing multiple independent lifecycle microservices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Deploy apps in Kubernetes and troubleshoot deployments, advising clients on best practices
  • Understand/Advise on Public Cloud Offerings (compute, networking, storage, security, etc.)
  • Advise on best practices for DevSecOps and tools that support this
  • Experienced in Eventdrivenarchitecture
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Understanding in tools for automation (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, etc.)
  • Experience in IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
