About the role

  • The Financial Business Partner is a member of the company's management team and works closely with the Country Manager. Financial performance management of the company is the main responsibility, but he/she works to ensure that the business processes of the company are managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Therefore, he / she must have a broad vision and a leadership role in the preparation, review and management of key business processes, such as price management, strategy determination, Free cash flow management and investment project management.
  • As the company's financial transactions are performed through the SSC (Collections, payment cycle, general accounting), the Financial Business Partner is the main and recommended contact for the SSC in the company.
    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review performance, identify problems, challenge other members of the management team, recommend solutions, and support decision making.
  • Strategic analysis of potential joint ventures, acquisitions and major capex.
  • Lead the forecast and business plan process.
  • Participate in committees and meetings of the management of the company.
  • Close coordination with treasury, tax, legal and internal control central departments, aligned with Finance Latam manager.
  • Identify and share best practices across the finance team.
  • Identify high impact business opportunities and effective execution follow up.

About you

  • You have completed studies in Engineer, Economy, Financial Orientation, Accounting/Audit.
  • Have relevant experience in Control & Finance.
  • Have relevant experience leading the Financial area.
  • Have advanced English
  • Are execution & results driven.
  • Have demonstrated experience making tough decisions.
  • Have business acumen.
  • Are motivated by building productive relationships and enjoy working as a team.
