Role Purpose:

Leads a Team of 9-11 Leadership Partners as they mentor, provide content, and advise ESCL members and their teams. Works closely with Sales, internal peers, and CSM community to ensure internal and external goals are aligned.


Responsibilities:


  • Leads a team of Leadership Partners for specific industry vertical(s)
  • Responsible for retention of ESCL business for specific industry vertical(s) in the US and for supporting a growth rate within the sector(s)
  • Partner with Executive Services Management team, Service Delivery peers and Direct reports to scale and standardize the ESCL experience across US
  • Build a highperforming team which collaborates across Gartner
  • Lead recruiting, LP development, training, and tracking of appropriate team metrics
  • Leads a team of Leadership Partners to help implements member delivery strategy by aligning corporate objectives, to most critical priorities and client initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure regular communication/ support/ education and participation with Sales team to drive sales efforts in the region
  • Active participant in Service Ops Meetings, Sales Ops calls and DRBs to help identify early growth, renewal and cancel rewrite opportunities
  • Manage team capacity to support Sales teams in closing business with existing and prospective members across their region.
  • Help identify ways to improve the overall service delivery experience for our ESCL clients
  • Support expansion of the ESCL community content for our Supply Chain Executives
  • Accountable for approx. $10M in ESCL member seats (main member and WG leader).

Education:


  • University graduate (Masters preferred)

Experience:


  • 15 years experience working in a senior management role
  • Demonstrated work and leadership experience
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to assess member situations and provide actionable outcomebased business/technical advice for their own memberships as well as for their team's assigned accounts
  • High tolerance/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
  • Excellent relationship management skills including significant experience working with Clevel executives
  • Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration and team leadership skills
