Director, Total Rewards Architectural Business


The Director, Total Rewards Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and administer the compensation & benefits programs to ensure programs such as broadbased compensation, equity, bonus, recognition, and employee benefits are competitive, valued, and aligned with Architectural overall business strategy, financial plans, and goals.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to assist client management with organizational structure development, job design, skills mapping and related initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition team to appropriately align pay with Architectural's competitive practices and philosophy.
  • Design and host compensation training and presentations for employees, recruiters and HR as needed.
  • Run the company's annual compensation planning activities (merit increase, bonus, promotions, recognition, equity refresh, pay equity analysis, etc)
  • Lead the company's annual benefits renewal cycle including working with vendors and employee annual enrollment.
  • Consult on compensation related matters and ensure highimpact communications to the organization's managers and employees.

Must haves:

  • 10 years of equivalent experience leading Compensation & Benefits in complex organizations Strong green field experience / creating programs from scratch. Extensive experience in vendor management Experience developing a total rewards strategy and policies. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Ability to build, manage and use Excel tools for compensation calculation, analysis and related purposes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Deep analytical and reporting experience.

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience leading Compensation and Benefits in complex organizations
  • Experience with design and administration of the sales compensation program
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations and effective problemsolving capabilities
  • Experience working in fast growing startup company
  • Please note this role is open to all US locations and is categorized as a remote position.
