    • Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantageof new concepts, business models, and technologies.
    • Ability towork independently and be a selfstarter.
    • Cutting edge innovatorwho continually studies new technologies and functionality and isinvolved in projects that push the capabilities of existingtechnologies.

      Job description
    • Experience in workingon large Salesforce / Vlocity engagements as Solution Architect/Technical Architect
    • Extensive experience of implementing end toend CRM solution using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CommunityCloud
    • Experience in working on proposals, estimating scope ofwork and supporting presales activities
    • Transforming businessrequirement into Salesforce / Vlocity functional and technicalrequirements
    • Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cashprocess, Case Management and Call Centre process
    • Conductingcustomer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to endSolution design documents, and working with development team as perproject requirement
    • Collaborate and interact with stakeholders toestablishclient business needs and translate these into technicalsolutions.
    • Salesforce / Vlocity certifications in architect andconsulting track (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud,Service Cloud etc ) are preferred
    • Strong communication skill
    • Experience working on App Exchange products
    • Salesforce/ VlocityMarketing and Wave cloud experience
    • Experience in Agile and otherproject management methods
      Job Requirements: 46years of Software / CRM experience that should include 3+ years inSalesforce / Vlocity CRM
    • Salesforce / Vlocity Certification infunctional and technical area
    • Functional understanding ofdifferent cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL etc
    • Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects ofthe job technical and non technical.
    • Ability to be highlyproductive, both working independently and in close collaborationwithin a team environment.
    • Ability to multiprocess and thrive ina fastpaced, clientdrivenenvironment
