    Dunnhumby Chile is looking for a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead who will own and develop the relationship with FMCG clients partnering with our retail partner (SMU). You'll manage a portfolio of clients to deliver the most relevant dunnhumby insights and solutions and to drive customer driven value creation through collaboration between the retailer and the CPG that builds a better shared understanding of their customers and delivers mutual growth.

    Joining our commercial team, you'll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You'll work within a fast-paced client leadership team, collaborating with solutions managers and media managers all keen to learn and grow together.

    What we expect from you

    • 8 years of experience in CPG / Mass Consumption or Consultancy in Commercial, Marketing or Trade Marketing areas
    • Experience leading teams
    • Degree: Business administration or Engineering
    • Must have strong data analysis skills. Transform data into knowledge with clear and actionable recommendations for CPG and Retail growth.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills
    • Effective presentation and audience management skills
    • Ability to build excellent relationships with counterparties, establishing trust and becoming a true strategic partner
    • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions.
    • Build a collaborative relationship with Retail and the customer.
    • Must be passionate about shopper insights and putting the customer at the center of decisions.
