The Work You'll Do:

More specifically, you will:

Lead teams to build highly scalable solutions which are instrumented for monitoring and user feedback
Work with business and Product Management stakeholders to ensure both that project specifications are complete and understood by the Technology team, and that the product produced meets all functional and nonfunctional specifications
Coordinate proposed solutions with stakeholders from Security and Operations Engineering to ensure smooth execution of a comprehensive solution that is secure and welloperated
Design and develop hybrid solutions for multiple mobile platforms with HTML5/CSS/JS as well mobility frameworks
Work as an agile architect in a environment which utilizes Scrum methodology
Serve as a principal technical client advocate and liaison, internally as well as externally
Represent Sovos to technical stakeholders within current and prospective customers, as needed
Develop deployment integration architecture and recommend an execution plan
Partner with other Architects and senior technology stakeholders across the company to ensure coordinated and efficient solutioning and development efforts
Convey the strategic picture to crossfunctional development teams
Integrate and deliver across multiple product lines built on both the Windows and Java software stacks

What We Need From You:

Background that includes some combination of solution architecture, design and estimation, and some technical project management.
Being a master student or graduate is a plus
Proven history guiding teams for software product companies
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multitask.
Technology background including web APIs, UI frameworks like React, and experience in either Java/.NET service oriented systems
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects and motivate in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team
Excellent communication, analytic and problemsolving skills; sound business acumen and executive presence
