Job Description:


The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for delivering high-quality service to ensure enhanced machine performance and an excellent customer experience.

Our Field Service Engineers are proactive, think critically, take initiative and are responsible for ensuring our solutions are delivered, installed, and maintained on an ongoing basis.

Field Service Engineers have an aptitude for machine operations, mechanical, electrical, computation and operational, and electrical assembly and installation.

He/she is responsible for meeting customer supply demands to ensure all aspects of end-to-end system quality are met, from installation to preventative maintenance - ensuring our customers receive optimal results from machinery.


The Field Service Engineer works collaboratively with peers and customers, ensuring and promoting health and safety for all while maintaining our global brand of quality and excellence.

You will be a part of a team that is responsible for
Field Service work like commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance and repair worldwide.

You will provide detailed field reports that are useful for the whole organization after every installation or technical intervention and give support to Sales and Project Management.

You will provide training of customer maintenance and service personnel on site as well as TSS Service Engineers.


Qualifications:

You are flexible, willing to travel abroad and you meet the following requirements:

  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English is a plus
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical power circuits and PLC circuits would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and configurations is considered a plus
  • Basic understanding of programming, preferably C++, C, Java or Python are considered to be a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other languages are a plus
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Willing to travel abroad for at least 80% of the time, based on a flexible schedule. This means it could be also during weekends or in holiday seasons.
