Role Overview


Duties & Responsibilities- Effectively manage a team of up to 10+ Vehicle Admin Coordinators.- Lead the Vehicle Admin customer relations process management by observing, installing, and training approved processes.- Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans by observations and conducting meetings.- Oversees workflow and scheduling of the Vehicle Admin Coordinators in assigned regions.- Ensure Coordinators understand and comply with all objectives, performance standards, and policies.- Answer Coordinator questions regarding best practices.- Coach Admin Coordinators through challenging customer service issues.- Work with the Vehicle Admin Manager to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and action plans for the Vehicle Admin Coordinators.- Monitor process flow to ensure Admin Coordinators are meeting expected timeliness and customer volume to meet Fisker's monthly and quarterly sales plan.

Ability to make swift decisions where appropriate to ensure Fisker's goals are obtained.- Work with other supervisors and management team members to support Coordinators and maximize customer satisfaction.- Hire, onboard and train Fisker Vehicle Admin Coordinators.- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and accurate.- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policies.- Ability to multitask and stay organized.- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and meet strict objectives.- Strong grasp on the company's products, services, and customer service policies.- Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders where required.- Perform other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience- Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience- Minimum 5+ years of administrative and/ or sales support in a professional office environment- Supervisor and or training experience preferred.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- The position requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.- Previous ERP and/or CRM experience is a plus.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Extremely organized and detail-oriented- Creative, strategic thinker- Demonstrated problem solving and research skills.- Results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and projects to closure.- Able to effectively work with numerous departments and working styles and eager to develop a clear understanding of how to present and share information across the different teams.- Ability to work well while multi-tasking in a high performance, fast paced team environment.- Data Entry and Organization skills.

Expected Salary Range:
$58, $64,560.00 a year.
