  • She/He will be responsible of managing the facilities in Service Office ''SO'' (Ikea headquarters in Chile), securing the perfect conditions and environment for IKEA coworkers, someone capable to make our everyday life better improving our own home. As IKEA we are looking for a person who will help the business towards growth, supporting in financial operations to achieve the company goals.


  • Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Service Office management and maintenance, keeping the best conditions to our coworkers (maintenance task, relationship with suppliers, parking control, among others).
  • We need an organized person to support the business in different financial operations (payments, refunds, renders, advances, corporate credit cards, etc). This includes managing the Service Office budget, keep all finance operational policies and procedures up to date and track receivable and payable accounts, making the link between the business and Shared Services.
  • We are looking for someone who will be responsible for having the insurance agreements up to date and manage the administrative platforms such as rindegastos, cabify, remedy, etc
  • We need a person that will implement, promote and follow up on the solutions created to mitigate risk conditions raised by internal audit, for the service office.
Previous experience and proven skills
  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor Business or relevant to the position
  • 5 years of working experience in finance or administration
  • Intermediate English, both written and spoken
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
