We're now looking for an Internal IT Helpedesk Par Time to be part of our IT team, working from the offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems.

As an Internal IT Helpedesk you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support related to hardware or software at headquarters and supporting the IT teams in LatAm (Chile, Colombia, Argentina, USA, Mexico and Brazil)
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, determine and implement solution.
  • Respond to queries by ticket, on the phone or using remote tools.
  • Support for technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), VPNs, and ISPs.
  • Assist with onboarding of new users.
  • Have close relationship with global teams located in Bulgaria and Spain.


Now that we've introduced you to the position as Internal IT Helpedesk what skill, qualifications and experience should you have?- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, network and telecommunications technician or related field.

- Desirable intermediate English- Office 365- Tkt systems (SNOW-Jira)
