Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
For his/her subsidiary, ensures forecasts process, performs replenishment on products with local specificities and gives visibility to sales administration in case of customer satisfaction discrepancies

2 Main Accountabilities:
Prepares S&OP meeting for local subsidiary by challenging Marketing team on forecasts changes and products Phase In/Phase Out, through monthly local demand review
Challenge forecast accuracy of the subsidiary in cooperation with regional demand manager
Performs replenishment and stock management on local flows (Equipment& Spare Part, mono lot & Make-to-Order and local OEM products) in coordination with replenishment manager and logistic referent
Manage communication about product availabilities and warehouse activity in case of delay in the subsidiary, in coordination with sales admin team, replenishment planners and logistic referent
Validates the scrap decisions in coordination with replenishment planners
Drive supply chain continuous improvement through on demand analytics, KPIs tracking and root causes analysis

3 Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

3.1 Studies-Experience:

  • Master degree with specialization supply chain
  • Level 10 : At least 3 years' experience in Supply Chain / Planning
  • Level 9 : 35 years' experience in Supply Chain / Planning

3.2 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
  • Sense of ownership, rigorous
  • Master in S&OP process and forecasting tools
  • Analytical and Business mindset
  • Strong IS skills (SAP, Excel, VMI Tools)
  • Experience in planning and replenishment flows
