The Opportunity
Manages Enterprise Account strategy and execution for the DXCAM Region (South America, Caribbean, and Central America). Collaborates with Area Enterprise Sales Directors to ensure optimal execution aligned to the LAC and global Enterprise sales process.

Provides leadership; coaching and development of Enterprise Account Managers to position Abbott's total Value Proposition, meet/exceed revenue expectations, and ensure solid client relationships.

Responsible for large; complex; multi-tier networks. Directly and/or indirectly Manages DXCAM Region Workflow/IT Specialist Manager and technical solutions team.

What You'll Do

  • Achievement of Published Enterprise Performance Win rates: Bid Participation, Share capture & Renewal.
  • Building & Executing Region Enterprise strategies to drive Sales Execution in critical targets including 'Landmark' Health systems & highvolume segments. Driving sales execution at the executive level through Abbott's End to End Value Proposition.
  • Drive utilization and performance execution with the Enterprise 'in Command' system & tools to ensure excellent business level control.
  • Drive highly effective Enterprise Team skill development. Motivate and inspire the team to accomplish Division/Area and Region strategic account goals. Manage Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) sales resources connected to the multitier network and other product and sales specialist positions. Build a team of CRDx resources to best execute complex sales strategy.
  • Gain a deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive situations in the largest most complex multitier networks. Analyze the impact of market trends and factors on clients. Develop strategic account plans for achieving goals including sales and margin. Identify new business opportunities by initiating; developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customers and the company.
  • Negotiating longterm contracts.

Position Accountability / Scope
Has approximately 5 direct reports and some dotted line/peer relationships.

Includes Enterprise Account Managers and sales executives from the region; as well as product specialists such as Workflow/Informatics and Systems for the Region.

Responsible for Top 100 DXCAM Enterprise networks/sites. Revenue Expectation responsibility of $30MM annually.


Assumption:
Aggressive growth goals are expected to be met. Budget responsibility of about $5MM.


Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferable.


Minimum Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a large, complex network selling required; healthcare/ diagnostics industry preferred (medical device, hospitals).
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • Extensive experience working with executivelevel customers.
  • Experience managing seniorlevel selling resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading people at a managerial level.
  • Coaching and personnel development skills
  • Excellent communication skills at different stakeholders levels.
  • English and Spanish fluency is required

Travel:


  • This position requires up to 70% travel.
