What You'll Bring:


We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and execute business development strategies for top clients in Chile to ensure growth and achieve of revenue objectives within our Financial Sector.

The individual will be the lead in securing additional an incremental in revenues in one year. The individual must able to drive the highest level of client service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities.


  • Manage potential and existing large key accounts and direct sales to all viable large complex customers.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to specific accounts/sales channels cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and new business development.
  • Subject matter expert to negotiate with customers in real time.
  • Direct face-to-face contact with key decision makers partnering with customers to understand their needs and leverage our products to improve their business.

Impact You'll Make:


  • Bachelor's degree in administrative careers, and/or other related discipline and MBA is needed or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in direct outside/inside sales communicating with all levels of the buying organization including Clevel executives.
  • Experience in consultative sales, client service and project management
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal business units to identify and solve client business issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in SalesForce. Comfortable traveling 50% of the time.
