What Your Impact Will Be:

HR Business Partners work closely with Commercial business leaders (Marketing & Sales) to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain bestinclass talent. We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals
Develops people strategy considering the organization's strengths and weaknesses
Influences business outcomes as a trusted advisor to deliver sustainable integrated solutions and safe

working environment

Translates and implements our talentled strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees
Supports and implements CoE led initiatives and opportunities
Build HR KPI ́s to take decisions accurate and identified opportunities for business units
Bachelor's degree on Economic-Administrative
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar roles
Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity
Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact
Strong collaborative skills and Influence others
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
Resultsoriented and customerfocused.
