POSITION MISSION


Commercial Excellence and Strategy Analyst is responsible for contributing in the implementation for all those strategies and opportunities that improve the work or effectiveness of the commercial team and the company in general, through the management of incentives, the CRM process and system, insights from the various data sources (sell-in, sell-out, market, etc ), management of revenue management systems (SAP, Vistex, etc ), and all the reporting that will further enable the commercial team to self-service such data.


The Commercial Excellence and Strategy Sr Analyst is responsible for identifying and integrating new opportunities in adjacent solutions for Chile ́s internal and external market.

In this capacity, manages and directs initiatives currently in place regarding forecasts and supporting Demand Generation initiatives for example the management of the suggested order process, inventories in the channel and updates to incentives that lead that way.


KEY FUNCTIONS

_ Field Force Effectiveness_

  • Manage the database within the CRM for proper operation of the tool that up to date and accurate information is being provided to support decision making.
  • Use technology to unburden the sales force and help them focus on demand generation activities.
  • Support to promote the conceptualization of CRM as a business strategy to increase the use and analysis of data entered.
  • Maintain and help to design useful indicators for business units at different maturity levels and promote the use of CRM as a business strategy.
  • Help to promote the use of Business Intelligence tools and quality tools to provide effective and accurate information for assessing the impact of the sales force.

_ Business Intelligence - Internal Information_

  • Maintain and support in detail sales report from distributors to measure the field force sales performance
  • Develop sales forecast by Distribution Channel based on historical data and field force activities
  • Support to Business Units Managers by information and analysis to increase demand generation process
  • Measure and follow up to Marketing Campaigns impact with field force and market reports.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM data to provide insights into customer behaviour and trends

_Business Intelligence - External Information_

  • Coordinate and administrate the External Information Analyst the market information and identifying possible business impacts
  • Help to monitor and measure Competitor activities, and possible impact for business units
  • Help to develop and implement Market research with local / corporate sponsors to identify customer necessities and support to implement findings

_ Continuous Improvement_

  • Support change initiatives, aimed at searching for the best process, leveraging methodologies such as Innovation and creativity applied with the help of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Help to promote a culture of continuous improvement at different levels of the organization to improve the operability of the company through the development and implementation of workshops and courses.
  • Ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals through projects and workshops and to ensure safe operation thanks to the commitment of the stakeholders involved.
  • Help to identify continuous improvement initiatives and support our customers in the deployment of their own abilities in the field through workshops and training in support of this value to the sales function
