Requisitos:

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent practical experience.

1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
