We need to add a Head of Site & Services Sales, Region SAMER Vice President, to our company who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the region's profitable growth strategy for site/service sales in conjunction with the Regional Product Line Managers.


Job Responsabilities:

  • Provide warehouse sites with inventory forecast service level information.
  • Interact with the customer, understand their needs and provide customer driven solutions covering the full lifecycle of facility services, with support for products and systems.
  • Drive the development and submission of proposals with the involvement of the relevant business line.
  • Negotiate customer contracts reflecting pricing guidelines to ensure profitability.
  • Manage pricing agreements with key regional accounts in accordance with corporate policy.
  • Maintain close communication with Capital and PCV sales in the region to ensure alignment and coordination of onsite activities.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable.
  • Organize and deploy sales force to ensure ability to sell full life cycle offerings.
  • Transmit customer needs to BLs to guide product portfolio management and supply chain selection.
  • Manage the performance and development of the onsite/service sales organization.
  • Create and maintain site installation lists.
  • Responsible for bid approval process (BSO) compliance (as applicable) and CRM utilization.


What you bring- 15 years of work experience in the Mining Industry, Construction or similar, and 8 years leading work teams within the industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to function in an international matrix organization.- Advanced English (spoken and written)
