This role is responsible for assisting the marketing team with maintaining quotas and deadlines and ensuring departmental productivity goals. Including Owned Media, Paid Media, Earned Media, Direct Marketing and local Events.
A professional who help the team facilitate communication with vendors by answering questions and coordinating the delivery of materials in a timely manner.
The Daily - Major Activities
- Support multiple managers in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for streaming, linear and sports business.
- Assist in the quality assurance and finishing of campaign assets (key art, trailers, social promos, etc.) as well as managing sourceoftruth campaign documents (briefs, schedules, decks) across internal partners and external creative agencies.
- Liaise with internal crossfunctional teams (PR, Social, Marketing Ops, Consumer Insights, etc) to coordinate campaign milestones (debuts, launches) and assist in compilation and delivery of social toolkits for talent & showrunners.
- Manage agency / external stakeholder communications including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes, meeting updates, presentations, watermarking and distributing scripts/episodes.
- Scheduling meetings with producers, agencies, or internal teams
- Ensure approval of payment invoices and advertising billing
- Creative copywriting/brainstorming
- Ontheground shoot/event coordination
- Budget tracking and invoice processing
The Essentials
- Marketing Bachelor's degree; +2 (Assistant/Coordinator ) years experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company
- Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
- Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
- Selfstarter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics.
- Comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Savvy in building presentation decks and is able to synthesize oneline positioning and visualizing proposals.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of pop culture and new trends with excitement for our content and product
