Sales Executive at BairesDev

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Commercial team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

Our sales team has a unique opportunity to receive hundreds of qualified leads monthly.

Main Activities:

Utilize Sales Tools to contact and convert leads.
Engage in quality online conversations to generate qualified prospects.
Collaborate with Sales Management to develop prospect strategies.
Ensure proper quantity and quality of presentations.
Present, promote, and sell our platform to prospective customers using solid arguments.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Here's what we are looking for:

3+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
Detailoriented with strong time management skills.
Highly motivated, flexible, and serviceoriented.
Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive professional relationships.
Goaloriented and skilled in networking with decisionmakers.
Fluent in English and Spanish (or Portuguese).

Desirable:

3+ years of experience in PaaS, SaaS, or educational sales.
Business degree or relevant sales certification.
Previous experience in a startup environment.
