Job Description:
Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you drive business growth for AXIS by identifying new potential markets and customers and strategically expand AXIS reach and market share in Latin America.
In this role, you'll join a highly talented dynamic team, generating awareness and demand by assisting both internal and external stakeholders in the sales and education of AXIS broad product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Identify "Hunt" New markets and opportunities for "End to End" Solutions within and outside of physical security in Latin America.
- Develop "End to End" Solutions strategies across clusters & segments, to meet different "End Customer" needs, based upon our accelerated technologies, existing and under development.
- Being a "Trusted Advisor" by maintaining and growing strategic relationships & strategic projects built upon business initiatives.
- Being accountable and monitoring the performance of the "End to End" portfolio across all clusters.
- Promote and educate AXIS Software and Hardware solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and endusers within Latin-America.
- Lead programs & technology directives relevant to AXIS products.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Exhibit and speak at specific marketing events & press opportunities / engagements across the Latam region.
- Provide guidance for marketing initiatives & publications for "End to End" Solutions.
- Work closely together with consulting companies to position the AXIS "End to End" Solution portfolio.
- Emphasis on cross selling AXIS New Technologies product portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Systems or similar)
- Expertise in Video Management Software, IT solutions, IT System architecture and IP based cybersecurity and IP based operational solutions (enhancing business operations, and customer experience)
- Extensive experience within security and / or IT professional industries.
- Strong salesoriented mindset together with technical expertise
- Fluent in public speaking and presentation (Spanish & English)
- Selfmotivated team player
