    Delivery Director atBairesDev We are looking for a Delivery Director to join theManagement team and participate in different projects made up ofmulticultural teams distributed throughout the world.

    We are lookingfor proactive, dynamic people and team players with excellentorganizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, andconsiderable attention to detail.

    What You Will Do:

    • Developthe forecast of the projects in charge.
    • Follow and controlproject management using agile methodologies.
    • Collaborate withthe PMO in the execution of procedures for PMs.
    • Ensure consistentHR policies in close collaboration with HRBP.
    • Support the PMs incharge and escalate those relevant issues to the VP.
    • Ensurecompliance by your team with established methodologies andprocesses.
    • Present complex problems to the AMs, who will beresponsible for dealing with customers.
    • Ensure effective,professional, and transparent communication between PMs andCustomers.
    • Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout theentire project.

    Here's what we are looking for:

    • 6+years of experience in project management of software outsourcing(experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
    • Customer oriented.
    • Budget management.
    • IT experience.
    • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
    • Strong communicationskills.
    • Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
    • Degreein Software Engineering or Computer Science.
