About the Role

The Dockers MP-IM Business Intelligence Tools Analyst will develop and share regular Reports and Dashboards with cross-functional teams within the department, promote self-service data access, and assist the Dockers MP-IM team in modeling and Advanced Analytics Projects. This position demands a profound grasp of the planning process, exceptional analytical abilities, and is pivotal in enhancing the team's Analytics proficiency.

• Optimize and standardize reporting through automation.
• Deliver timely business performance planning analytics.
• Provide reporting & data for cross-functional teams across pre-season and in-season.
• Explore ways to streamline current reports and enhance outputs' insights.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, and Inventory Management leaders to comprehend their needs in depth and provide solutions that enable strategic business decisions or enhance their teams' efficiency.
• Aid the MP-IM team in data exploration and modeling for Advanced Analytics Projects.
• Work with the IT support team to address all data and reporting issues by translating business users' problems and inquiries into actionable guidance for technical or analytical endeavors.

About You

• Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, business, or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a background in the retail sector being advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Skills in computer database management, programming, or software development.
• Keen attention to detail to derive meaningful insights from quantitative data.
• Proficient in Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Office applications, Tableau, Alteryx, Web intelligence (SAP/Webi), SQL, and statistical methods.
• Ability to code in Python or R is a bonus.
• Thorough understanding of financial metrics and their influence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; seeks innovative methods to achieve goals.
• Effective at building relationships with a diverse group of business partners, particularly cross-functional teams.
• Good listening, written, and oral communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Capable of thriving in a global team environment.
