Job Summary:


At Tetra Pak we are looking for a System Issue Analyst, in this role you will be responsible to analyze incoming technical issues related to our customers.

You will lead the compensation to customers and analysis to enable fact-based communication and decision-making on many different levels.
This position could be based in San Fernando, Argentina, or Santiago de Chile.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring visa or relocation for this position.


What you will do:


As a System Issue Analyst you will:

  • Secure all issues reported are registered in the system;
  • Make necessary technical investigation to understand the problem and its root cause using personal knowledge and involving the right competence when necessary;
  • Provide compensation, according to claim policy;
  • Analyze data and create statistics and reports on issues and claims to support business decisions;
  • Ensure data quality and share updates on root causes and corrective actions are taken;
  • Support and coach the organization on process and tool utilization;
  • Communicate on a daily basis with our customers and collaborate internally to find solutions;
  • Lead claim handling following the given process;

We believe you have:


  • At least 02 years of experience in quality analysis, data collection, and reporting (packaging material knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong focus on quality, structured and precise.
  • Customer focus and strive for customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical and wellorganized skills, enjoy problemsolving.
  • Excel and PowerBI medium to advanced knowledge, this is strongly desirable.
  • Technical interest and ability to go into depth on issues. Can think from a broader perspective with an overview of how things are connected.
  • Good communication skills and collaborate easily with others across boundaries.
  • Ability to work on your own in an independent way.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
