SAP DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST:

Santiago, Chile
YOUR MISSION:

Assess client's desired scope and bring in experience to advise clients appropriately on tools, data cleansing, data harmonization to support the project team and design project plan to ensure migration execution process.

Coordinate and advice the data cleaning, reporting, and data analysis processes to achieve the migration preparation phase.
Coordinate and advice the activities regarding to the data extraction, mapping, transformation and quality checking from multiple sources and validation to ensure the migration execution process according to the project timeline.
Build and use the project former defined tools to performs the data loading into EBP S/4HANA according to the project timeline and data quality.
Create data validation files and coordinate the data validation process with the business users to ensure the quality of the data migrated.
Closely collaborate with the project team regarding to the solution architect and the business process owners from a consulting perspective in order to take the business definition and design in terms of migration and execute them according to the plan.
Support building cutover plans to achieve a smooth data transition to EBP S/4HANA.
Work side by side with the implementation partner lead and resources on the coordination of their activities

YOUR TALENT:

At least 2-3 years hands-on experience working with SAP Data Migration and knowledge with SAP Data Migration within S/4HANA, Migration Cockpit.

Experience in data analysis and reconciliation and experience with mock loads and cutover planning and preparation of data migration tasks.
Deep knowledge on Data cleansing, transformation, normalizing, reconciliation, and balancing experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of SAP data structures and importation methods (DMLT) and basic understanding of ABAP/IDOC/BAPI and willing to pick the developing skills faster

BODS (Business Object Data Service) knowledge is a plus.

At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience and full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience are required
Excellent organizational, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Advance English
Strong interpersonal skills which provide the ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization and strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation), with the ability to easily and effectively interact and negotiate with business stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities including ability to share knowledge, resolve conflict and create consensus.
Knowledge of development methodologies and excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
SAP consultant experience is a bonus
