United States-based company hires a Load Planner/Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

This is a
WFH, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Express Transportation & Logistics is a fast-growing logistics services company. Since 2017, we have specialized in providing hotshot operator services, managing tractor-trailer fleets, and offering logistics services to third-party owner-operators. ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will negotiate with brokers in
English while coordinating truck drivers over the phone and some of them speak only
Spanish.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Your compensation will be performance-based on the revenue generated.


Responsibilities:

• Perform market analysis to determine the best routes. SO, YOU MUST BE ANALYTICAL
• Coordinate truck drivers. SO, YOU MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS & CHARISMA
• Generate documents and reports. SO, YOU MUST BE TECH-SAVVY
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using digital technology and systems for logistics coordination.

Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be a go-getter
