Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated intermediate to senior Client Action Team (CAT) Coordinator to join our team in Santiago.


As part of our Shared Services team, comprised of Finance, Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.

We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

The CAT Coordinator will be helping Pursuit Managers on key pursuits with presentation, prequalifications, proposals and more.

Accordingly, day-to-day job responsibilities will be determined by the needs and workload of the team, but will likely include:

  • Meeting scheduling and coordination activities
  • Preparation of executive summaries in coordination with proposal team
  • Internal client support services, including vetting and forwarding requests
  • Executes response efforts for client questionnaires, qualifications requests, expressions of interest, overall sales opportunities ; and ensures the proposal is compliant and delivered on time
  • Proposal and presentation development support (including document sourcing, collection, formatting and editing etc.)
  • Graphics and templates generation and selection (photos, organizational charts, etc.)
  • Management and maintenance of Client Action Team intranet pages
  • Ad hoc Client Action Team member assistance requests
  • Takes ownership of our standards to develop/improve, implement and present a consistent appearance/style in compliance with our corporate identity

You bring to the role:

  • Postsecondary degree/certificate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (In-Design experience a plus)
  • Experience with CRM is a plus,
  • Experience drafting, editing, reviewing or assisting with proposals (+58 years)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Commitment to quality work products, with high attention to detail
  • Selfstarter with strong work ethic and ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks successfully
  • Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving, including the ability to "find the answer" in order to assist team members and internal clients
  • Works well in a "virtual" global team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
