YOUR ROLE
This is an outsourcing role, you'd be assigned to one of our Clients to perform the following duties for their business:

General Administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the operation.

Respond to team member and client queries.
Manage and process team expenses.

Accounts

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.

Reporting

Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
Research, report and resolve account discrepancies.
Prepare monthly updates of expense receipts and statements.
Financial analysis (income & expense trends, top expenditures, etc.) to suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Account reconciliation and general ledger reclassification.
Continuous compliance with all regulatory, banking, tax, and other financial obligations, reporting and keeping record of the needed requirements.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, as needed.

YOUR AWESOME TRAITS

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance.
Knowledge with Quickbooks
Avdanced/Expert knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
C1-C2 Level of Written and Spoken English
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
