- Align with the Engagement local and LATAM the priorities and needs of the learning agenda for SoCo
- Stakeholder management with field business leaders in SoCo member countries to align priorities, needs and coordinate training agenda
- Responsible for coordinating and managing compliance with legal requirements per training country (audits).
- Coordinate the team of instructors for the fulfillment of the training agenda.
- Provide input to the central team on the adequacy of training materials according to the business context of the business unit (automation, change of model, etc.).
- Responsible for Schoox implementation and followup schedule for digitization of training content.
- Point of contact in the business unit for field needs.
- Coordinate and management of the Rangers programs
- Coordination and execution for all functional content for field Sales and supply managers and middle managers in Field
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree psychologist, administration, education
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).
- High Knowledge of PepsiCo's learning execution processes in both field and corporate
- Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.
- High Analisis capacity and problem solving.
- Experience in Budget and Project management
