Responsibilities

Align with the Engagement local and LATAM the priorities and needs of the learning agenda for SoCo
Stakeholder management with field business leaders in SoCo member countries to align priorities, needs and coordinate training agenda
Responsible for coordinating and managing compliance with legal requirements per training country (audits).
Coordinate the team of instructors for the fulfillment of the training agenda.
Provide input to the central team on the adequacy of training materials according to the business context of the business unit (automation, change of model, etc.).
Responsible for Schoox implementation and followup schedule for digitization of training content.
Point of contact in the business unit for field needs.
Coordinate and management of the Rangers programs
Coordination and execution for all functional content for field Sales and supply managers and middle managers in Field

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree psychologist, administration, education

- +5 years of experience in learning agenda

Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).
High Knowledge of PepsiCo's learning execution processes in both field and corporate
Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.
High Analisis capacity and problem solving.
Experience in Budget and Project management
