Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
• Evaluate client safety programs
• Attend meetings, as requested
• Ensure client compliance with all applicable and appropriate jurisdictional laws
• Assist the organization with the development of training, standards, protocols, best practices, etc. in support of continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience in an EHS | Construction role
• Two (2) years of experience in a safety consulting role
• Demonstrated experience conducting audits and developing Corporate Health & Safety Plans, Site Specific Health & Safety Plans, and other written safety programs
• Ability to work 8 hours per month

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to Environmental, Health and Safety
• Industry certifications and credentials

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to balance multiple priorities to meet expected deadlines
• Ability to operate in fast paced environment
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
