Change Management Operations

Your mission will be to:

Execute and support LATAM VS PS and RC Chile change management (CM) strategy in all regional sites, to contribute to the development of plans and programs related to CM, including the coordination and alignment of internal communications and CM activities - tools.

Your mission will be to:

Executes the annual positioning plan giving support to CM strategy, identifying opportunities and needs on time. Including design and execution of communicational pieces. (ppt/videos) at regional and global levels.
Maintains direct contact with external support to coordinate and solve operative tasks, as well as ensure the tracking of them in quality and time.
Staying connected to the day to day of teams and their key milestones, to understand it, providing visibility and strengthen the engagement as well as position of the area across LATAM.
Coordinates and align with regional clusters the area of communications. (PACA, Conosur, Nexus).
Communicational Upskilling visibility and coherence with the LATAM strategy deployment.
Coordinate different activities related to Business Enablement programs and plans.
Analyses data focusing on the impact of the different initiatives and programs towards the positioning of the region.
Collaborate and coordinate with different CM communities sponsoring conversations and improvements though CM tools that enhance engagement of the people and teams.

Unlock your potential:

BS/BA degree with 3 years of relevant experience in culture, coordination, and /or communications.
Strong planification and organizations skills with proven track of giving support to different activities within culture process.
Excellent ability to connect, comprehend and influence different stakeholders of the area.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Strong interpersonal, executing and written communication skills
Excellent abilities to adapt and learn within different scenarios.
Permanent orientation to search and share relevant business information
Strong English level
Desirable creative abilities.
