Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute Strategic Plan for the TA to impact more patients and facilitate access to treatment
  • Ensure accuracy for sales forecasting vs. OP and LE.
  • Owns brand budget. Allocate and execute in cluster brand(s) budget in alignment with local portfolio strategic pillars and tactics
  • Responsible for revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting of revenue and Opex
  • Identify new business opportunities, advance proposals and anticipate initiatives to drive TA growth and maximize value across the main customer groups and/or key stakeholders
  • Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between RTAL, Country Lead, Category Lead and local cross functional teams for effective support an agile decision making processes
  • Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps, opportunities and needs
  • Build/maintain long term relationship with key stakeholders, such as Medical Societies, KOLs, Institutions, MOH.
  • Crossfunctional leadership across Field Force, commercial, medical, legal, regulatory, Digital, Communications to execute in order to achieve the goals of the BU.
  • Work closely with FCFC and Commercial teams, to obtain insights and make sure to offer the best customer experience to both patients and HCPs.
  • Provide Customer Facing Colleagues with the necessary technical expertise and other tools such as educational materials, product training, and relevant clinical data.
  • Challenge the status quo by focusing on uncovering new and unique insights regarding patient and HCP journey providing solutions to their needs.
