About the Role:

Main Functions:
Governance

Develop a plan for assurance identifying key governance processes
Develop/simplify/maintain Global and Internal Standard to meet the needs of Project teams, considering feedback from end-users and stakeholders
Provide guidance and coaching to project team members regarding governance & assurance processes and requirements
Document flowchart for key processes (IAR, SAR, AER, PIR Lite, etc) to facilitate team understanding

Assurance

Lead the process for the tracking and compliance of the assurance plan
Conduct PMO Assurance Reviews aligned with Regional Standards to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved plans & identifying areas for improvement
Writing Assurance Report and present findings to project teams as lessons learnt (ad-hoc)
Lead the process for the development of plans, tracking and compliance of selected Regional or Global Initiatives.

About You:

Civil Engineer / Business, entitled
Ability to work on multiple projects of various sizes and complexities.
Able to work effectively in projects of different sizes, and share and transfer knowledge within the teams.
Ensure integration in planning and execution across functional boundaries.
English written and spoken.
Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to transmit information and ideas. Technical writing and storytelling.
