Es por esto que nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor Comercial para nuestra Sucursal Automotriz en Los Ángeles con el fin de orientar nuestra área comercial a los objetivos de la compañía y el establecimiento de estándares de atención al cliente en nuestros canales de atención presenciales y virtuales.

Responsabilidades y funciones:

Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de todas las sucursales, en el día a día.
Gestionar el cumplimiento de metas de venta, crédito y seguros.
Diagnosticar la fuerza de venta actual, para definir sus habilidades comerciales, asociados a KPI, como, por ejemplo: persuasión, integridad, claridad, tasa de cierre, entre otras
Prospectar nuevos negocios.
Seguimiento de potenciales negocios: Piso, Leads, Llamadas u otros.
Seguimiento y Control de página web, incluyendo fotografía y publicación de stock.
Definición de stock por sucursal.
Definir y estandarizar procedimientos de atención a clientes, a través de los diferentes canales: Piso, telefónico, web u otros.
Formación de equipo, generando sinergia y competitividad.
Analizar constantemente el mercado y la competencia.

Perfil:

Al menos 5 años de experiência en roles comerciales
Deseable contar con experiência de ventas en automotora.
Manejo de redes sociales y office intermedio
Idealmente contar con habilidades para construir una red de clientes y prospectos.
Contar con estudios de Técnico profesional superior culminados
