Foreign Trade Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

• Import/export follow up and completion of end to end process in an efficient way taking actions to avoid all possible extra costs
• Maintain fluent contact with Brokers and other business partners
• Monitor all IMPORT and Export costs, looking for savings and efficiencies. Keep control and monitor KPI
• Execute PO management by uploading import costs and other requirements.
• Keep close contact with Finance team / GSS and Local TPA where applicable.
• Keep SAP & related foreign trade systems updated to enable accurate information to keep the process moving and enable adequate decision making.
• Comply with all local regulations related to Food Industry and maintain flow in the operation
• Perform MEC (Month end closure) activities related to IMPORTS & EXPORTS

You also need:

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related careers
• Experience in Foreign trade activities at least 3 years (desirable in Food Industry)
• Advanced level in English language
• Proficient in the use of SAP (MM & SD Modules), Microsoft office, Excel
• Teamwork, Responsibility, Commitment, Proactive and Problem Solving
